Business development

NCB categorises business development into two key areas, the first involving projects to improve current business: for example, analysing and followingly changing the cost structure to secure and/or increase operating profits. Another example of a project in this area is the development of management team work, collaboration and leadership to improve results in both people motivation and financial terms.

The second key area entails development of new business. This could be for example a project aiming at developing a completely new product or service to the company’s business. In such cases NCB typically consults the project leads in defining and managing the project in addition to measuring its key success factors and results.
